Structural work.

As part of the modernization and expansion work at the Heinrich Heine -Gymnasium shell construction measures in several stages are required.

The works include: site construction with site road, sawing and demolition work, as well as core drilling and breakthroughs in the existing, drainage, excavation and earthworks, drainage, waterproofing / insulation measures, lightning protection, foundations, reinforced concrete (in-situ and precast concrete), and bricklaying.

BA IIIa: 05 / 2020-08 / 2021 and BA IIIb: 07 / 2020-08 / 2021.

BA IV: 07 / 2021-08 / 2022.
