The Ministry of Social Affairs and Health (hereinafter ”STM”) and Finnish Institute for Health and Welfare (hereinafter "THL" or “Customer” ) requested tenders for Meningococcal Group B Vaccine belonging to the National Vaccination Programme in Finland.

The purpose of STM and the Customer was to procure Meningococcal Group B Vaccine required for the National Vaccination Programme in Finland. The tendered vaccine must be suitable for adults, children and infants.
