More specifically, the subject matter of the contract is to:

1. the statutory audit of the annual accounts for the financial years 2023, 2024, 2025 for the 3 non-profit associations (and their Institutions) composing the Adjudicator;

2. the performance of any service reserved for the auditor, by operation of the law (Code of Companies and Associations etc.) or the articles of association, such as the drafting of reports (other than those falling within the sub 1 mission).
