1. The subject of the contract is a comprehensive supply of electricity - delivery together with distribution service - in the period from 01.01.2023. until 31.12.2023 - up to 38 collection points (PPE) with a total estimated volume of 838 316 kWh.

1. The subject of the contract is a comprehensive supply of electricity - delivery together with distribution service - in the period from 01.01.2023. until 31.12.2023 - up to 38 collection points (PPE) with a total estimated volume of 838 316 kWh.

The above data are indicative. The contractor should take into account possible fluctuations in electricity consumption at the level of (+/- 10%). Reducing or increasing the amount of electricity does not entail any consequences for the ordering party (customers), except for the need to pay for the amount of energy and transmission services actually consumed in accordance with the applicable DSO Tariff.

2. Quality standards

1) The subject of the contract are the supply and provision of electricity distribution services with quality standards specified in accordance with applicable regulations.
