The task includes client consultancy in connection with the Capacity Expansion of Engelsborg School, including:

1. Advice on the organisation of a design contest (choice of competition model)

2. Preparation of tenders for design contests

3. Construction program and planning budget

- Stage 2 (secondary school and multi-purpose hall)

- Stage 3 (intermediate stage)

- Stage 4 (primary school)

- Stage 5 (club facility)

4. Procurement in design contest and negotiation with winner.

5. Client consultancy in connection with the final processing of the master plan

6. Client consultancy regarding total consultancy and tendering in the main contract for stage 2 (multi-purpose hall and secondary school building).

7. Client consultancy in connection with execution in the main contract for stage 2 (option)
