72762 Reutlingen, Alteburgstrasse 150, Reutlingen University, replacement building for the Faculty of Applied Chemistry, Building 22, architectural services according to Part 3 Section 1 HOAI the campus of Reutlingen University can look back on a history of over 50 years. The foundation stone with the college of education was laid with buildings 9, 11, 6 and 10. Subsequently, the campus was constantly expanded, renovated and rebuilt. The previous master plan is currently being further developed. In this context, a holistic solution proposal is to be offered for this building to be constructed in harmony with the urban planning environment and the design of the square.

Applicants should work out proposals for solutions to the planning task in accordance with Section 76 (2) VgV, which are also decisive for the selection of the contractor.

For the construction project, the BWK plans to set costs of an estimated EUR 26.1 million gross. The measure is to be implemented from 2021 to 2026.

The commissioning of architectural services for buildings and interiors according to Part 3, Section 1 of the HOAI basic services of service phases 2-9, as well as special services of the service phases for the replacement building of the Faculty of Applied Chemistry on the Reutlingen university campus is intended.
