The purpose of this call for tender is to select contractors that will design, plan, conduct and self-evaluate specific table top and field exercises (EU MODEX) for civil protection modules, other response capacities, Technical Assistance and Support Teams (TAST) and European Union Civil Protection Teams (EUCPT) deployable in missions under the UCPM, which may be inside or outside the EU.

Design, plan, conduct and self-evaluate ten table top exercises for key personnel of civil protection modules, other response capacities, EUCPT and TAST.

Design, plan, conduct and self-evaluate six field exercises, three for water related, two for forest firefighting and one for CBRN-related modules and other response capacities, including two exercises with EUCPT and TAST.

Design, plan, conduct and self-evaluate six field exercises for USAR modules and other response capacities including three field exercises combined with medical teams, EUCPT and TAST.

Design, plan, conduct and self-evaluate two field exercises for EUCPT and TAST.
