The subject of the contract is the performance of a service related to the collection and management of municipal waste from the Piotrów Kujawski municipality in 2023, covering the following parts of the contract:

1. Part I of the contract: Collection and management of municipal waste generated and collected from property owners living in the Piotrków Kujawski Commune.

2. Part II of the contract: Collection and management of municipal waste from the owners of properties with summer houses or other real estate used for recreation and leisure purposes in the area of the Piotrków Kujawski Commune.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex 1a and 1b to the SWZ.

The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding the contract referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the PPL Act in the case of awarding, within 3 years from the date of awarding the basic contract, to the existing Service Contractor, a contract consisting in the repetition of similar services - up to 50%.

The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste generated and collected from property owners residing in the Piotrków Kujawski Commune, from locations indicated by the Contracting Authority, and equipping properties inhabited in single-family housing with bags for selective collection of four fractions of municipal waste. The contractor is obliged to empty all types of containers, bags and containers in which municipal waste will be collected by property owners, containers located on the premises of PSZOK and battery containers (municipal office, schools). The frequency of waste disposal from PSZOK and emptying of battery containers and toner containers will be determined in consultation with the Ordering Party and will result from actual needs, but not less than 1 time a quarter. The Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) is located in Piotrków Kujawski at 1 Topolowa Street (the seat of the Municipal Plant).

The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste generated and collected from the owners of real estate on which there are cottages or other real estate used for recreational purposes, from locations indicated by the Ordering Party.
