Description:
The priesthood school - expansion with a track. Total advice for the building, redevelopment and renovation of existing school including away areas.

The offer relates to total advice (architectural, engineering and landscape architecture advice) in the building, redevelopment and renovation of the School of Prestemose in Hvidovre Municipality. The school is to be expanded with a track, in this respect a new school wing and a multi-hall must be built. The total expansion is expected to have a gross floor area of about 3,600 — 4,000 m2.

The expansion of the school allows for moving around some of the existing functions to dispose of the school so that it can better meet demands and desires for future learning environments. The areas where major or minor redevelopments and renovations are to be undertaken are expected to have a gross floor area of approximately 2,500 — 3,000 m2

As part of the project, an overall plan for the entire school cadastral is to be drawn up including arrival areas and car parks for both cars and bicycles, play and seating areas, and ball fields. The overall plan is to involve the cadastral north of the school, where the open-air bath and Priestly Hall are located.

The offering relates to total advice (architectural, engineering and landscape architecture advice) in the building, redevelopment and renovation of the Pristemose School.

The priesthood school is to be expanded with a track, in this respect a new school wing and a multi-hall must be built. The school wing must contain 17 class rooms with relevant by-rooms. At a minimum, the multiple must meet the requirements of a basketball court. In connection with the multicale, dressing rooms and relevant birooms must be established. The total expansion is expected to have a gross floor area of about 3,600 — 4,000 m2.

The expansion of the school means that some of the existing class rooms, etc. may be released for other purposes. It allows for moving around some of the existing functions to dispose of the school so that it can better meet demands and desires for future learning environments. Among other things, the school has a desire to assemble the creative professional rooms and more closely integrate the premises with the Pedagogical Learning Centre and the SFO. The areas where major or minor redevelopments and renovations are to be undertaken are expected to have a gross floor area of approximately 2,500 — 3,000 m2
