The purpose of the procurement is to cover the need for consultancy services in municipal technical

areas. The aim of entering into a framework agreement is to ensure sufficient capacity and expertise within

consultancy at all times. The consultant will contribute to the development of projects within given quality,

time and financial frameworks.

The contracting authority intends to enter into parallel framework agreements in the following disciplines:

1. Consulting engineer for data capture, Water and Sewage

2. Consulting engineer for collection of basic data, Roads

3. Consulting engineer for noise calculation

4. Consulting engineer for bearing capacity measurement

5. Consulting engineer for road safety audit

6. Consulting engineer for land survey

7. Data collection - road imaging and registration of road elements

8. Data collection - drone and laser scanning

The contracting authority would like to use this procurement to enter into framework agreements with 3-5 tenderers per

discipline (parallel contracts), provided that a sufficient number of tenderers are qualified. For

The aim of the framework agreement is to cover the contracting authority’s need for data collection and consultancy services

within the following disciplines:

1. Consulting engineer for data capture, Water and Sewage

2. Consulting engineer for collection of basic data, Roads

3. Consulting engineer for noise calculation

4. Consulting engineer for bearing capacity measurement

be held for this area
