The goal is to implement a smart tourist destination (DTI) system based on Big Data and various data sources to optimize the management, marketing, and promotion of the tourist destination of the Molina de Aragón-Alto Tajo region.
This system will allow for precise analysis of visitor behavior, profiles, and mobility, as well as their interaction on social media, consumption patterns, and accommodation offers, to improve decision-making and strategic planning for the destination.
A Data Intelligence Dashboard will be developed that integrates and standardizes structured information from internal and external sources, facilitating the creation of dashboards for efficient tourism management aligned with sector needs.

LOT-0002
Lot 2. Immersive Experience in Celtiberian Settlements.
One of the identifying resources of the territory and opportunities in the tourism sector is Celtiberia, with numerous archaeological sites distributed across its geography. This lot aims to provide the space with specialized tourist products around Celtiberia, with tools that offer a varied and modern experience for tourists in the interpretation of the sites.
Within the framework of this action, an immersive experience will be developed that will allow the recreation of the original state of the archaeological remains, offering visitors a unique experience by allowing them to contemplate what the site looked like in its time of greatest splendor.
The contractor will propose an immersive experience where tourists can experience what daily life was like at the site indicated by the contract responsible, which will necessarily be one of the Celtiberian resources in the territory. The choice will take into account both the archaeological value and the opportunity to create immersive content of interest, which should be a consensual choice with the contractor.
This virtualization of the tourism activity will focus on enhancing the experience by allowing the tourist to connect the current tourist interest with its history. In this case, involving the tourist in history, and allowing both young and old to have an immersive digital experience that may include different technologies such as augmented reality, virtual reality, 360 videos, and gamification systems that also allow extending the tourist activity to different places in the destination.
The aspect of the site during its peak splendor must be recreated through digital and immersive technologies. To achieve this, the following tasks must be carried out:
Creation of an immersive and three-dimensional, photorealistic experience that allows an enriched experience for visitors.
This experience should not require specific devices to be provided by the region, but should be enjoyed with the visitors' own devices (smartphones, tablets, VR glasses, etc.).
Creation of additional content that complements immersive experiences.
Creation of an application that includes a menu for accessing all sections and utilities in a simple way.
Accompaniment with a narration that facilitates the understanding of the experience.

Develop an immersive virtual reality experience in Celtiberian settlements to enhance tourism in the Molina de Aragón - Alto Tajo region, highlighting its historical heritage and attracting new market segments.
