The municipality of Leusden has now outsourced its BGT processes to the municipality of Barneveld.

This agreement runs until 1.1.2021. The approach is to have completed the tender by the summer period at the latest, with the approach of entering into a new agreement by 1.10.2020 at the latest with a party who, based on the new requirements and wishes to be drawn up, for the scope of the assignment , makes the most suitable registration for the assignment. The period between the start of the contract and 1.1.2021 (or so much earlier in the opinion of the client) is an overlap period for the transfer to take place properly.

- Measurement work carried out outside,

- surveying activities,

- The processing of these surveying activities in the BGT and BOR,

- Processing of measured building geometry in the BAG,

- Processing of environmental permits granted in the BAG, in accordance with BAG requirements,

- supplying the BGT to the national facility,

- The periodic delivery of the BGT to the municipality (DWG and IMGEO),

- Delivering the mutations in BAG Geometry,

- Delivering the BGT geometry to the interface BOR and receiving any geometry changes made in the BOR (interface

two-way traffic),

- Mutation mapping and processing in the BGT and BAG based on aerial photos,

- Keeping the aerial photos themselves are not part of the scope,

- Mutation signaling WOZ based on photo-vector comparison,

- Delivering WOZ mutations to GBLT in accordance with requested file formats and codes.
