Lot 2 Gewobag AG/PB/WB (natural gas)

The contract covers the procurement and supply of gas to cover the gas needs of the four contracting entities for 2024 on the basis of a horizontal tranche model. The contract will also include an annual extension option for the supply of gas to meet the gas needs of the four contracting entities.

Procurement and delivery of Gewobag ED's gas requirements (natural gas and biomethane) for the delivery year 2024 on the basis of a horizontal tranche model:

- Gewobag ED's gas demand in 2022 amounted to approximately 212 million kWh for natural gas and 682,000 kWh for biomethane. The consumption for the years 2024 and 2025 is estimated at approximately 231 million kWh of natural gas and 600,000 kWh of biomethane.

- The contractor prepares an annual forecast roadmap for procurement based on the historical load profiles and the forecast changes in consumption and gives Gewobag ED an opportunity to correct.

- The respective annual demand volume of natural gas is fixed on the basis of indexed pricing by means of structurally identical tranches for the respective following year.

Procurement and delivery of the gas requirements of Gewobag AG, PB and WB for the delivery year 2024 on the basis of a horizontal tranche model:

- The gas demand of Gewobag AG, Gewobag PB and Gewobag WB amounted to approximately 5.1 million kWh of natural gas in 2021. For 2024 and 2025, a demand of approx. 3.9 million kWh is estimated.

- The contractor shall draw up an annual forecast roadmap for procurement on the basis of the historical load profiles and the forecast changes in consumption and shall give Gewobag AG, PB, WB an opportunity to make corrections.

- The respective annual demand volume of natural gas is fixed on the basis of indexed pricing by means of structurally identical tranches for the respective following year.
