The execution of the contract includes a mission of architecture, stability, special techniques, coordination of security project and realization and the EPB in the context of the renovation of the building located rue du Marais 107-109 in 1000 Brussels comprising two interdependent parts, both included in the subject of this contract, but each requiring in the execution phase, A specific and distinct administrative management:

o Component 1: heavy energy renovation of the building introduced as part of the FWB's RRF call for projects and subject to specific accountability in terms of financial statements for the FWB, but also a commitment to strict compliance with the deadlines set out in Annex 3 and the Do Not Significant Harm Principle (abbreviated hereinafter "DNSH") listed in Annexes 5 and 6, under penalty of reimbursement of the subsidy during the control audits to be carried out by the FWB.

o Component 2: completion and functional fittings of the building, supported by own funds. The contract is a service contract within the meaning of Article 2, 21° of the Act.
