The purpose of this framework agreement is to provide services for the design, feasibility, production, management and promotion of artistic and cultural actions, events and commissions for the Grand Paris Express. Artistic and cultural actions, events and commissions consist of cultural projects that can take various forms, from different disciplinary fields. It should be noted that this framework agreement does not cover the design and production of permanent works of art projects in stations ("Tandems" and "Illustrations" programmes), the services of which are the subject of separate contracts. In addition, candidates are not expected to integrate an artistic direction skill into their group, the choice of artistic direction will be made later by the Société des grands projets and in agreement with the incumbent according to the projects and actions to be carried out
