Description:
Provision of forest management services in the area of the Borne Sulinowo Forest District in 2024

The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6(1)(1) of the Forest Act of 28 September 1991 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1356 – "Forest Act") including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, wood harvesting and harvesting, as well as hunting, meadow and agricultural management, tourist management, nursery, seed production and selection to be carried out in the area of the Borne Sulinowo Forest District and hunting districts No. 167 and 168 in 2024.

Package 1 – forestry: Borne, Piława, Nowa Wieś

The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6(1)(1) of the Forest Act of 28 September 1991 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1356 – "Forest Act") including works in the field of forest cultivation and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and harvesting to be performed in the Borne Forest Range, Piława and Nowa Wieś. The material scope of the subject matter of the contract includes the total quantities of works referred to above, resulting from Appendix No. 2 to the Terms of Reference.

The material scopes listed in the annexes included in Annex 2 are estimates.

Quality standards relating to all essential features of the subject of the contract are specified in Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ.

Descriptions of activity codes describing individual forest works (activities) included in the subject of the contract are described in Appendix No. 3 to SWZ

A description of the rules of the procedure for the acceptance of forest works is included in Annex 3 to the SWZ.

The Contractor shall perform the subject of the contract on the basis of written orders submitted by the Ordering Party's Representatives ("Order").

The Contractor will be obliged to use biodegradable oil to lubricate the cutting systems in the operated chainsaws and cutting heads and oil absorption kits in equipment operated in forests.

Pursuant to Article 95 of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority requires the Contractor or subcontractor to employ persons performing activities related to the performance of the contract consisting in obtaining and harvesting wood raw material, if the performance of these activities involves the performance of work in the manner specified in Article 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 – the Labour Code (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1465, as amended. amended).

In connection with the performance of part of the services covered by the contract on the territory of the military training ground, the rhythm of work will be subordinated to the schedules of military exercises. In view of the above, the Ordering Party may suspend all work on all or part of the transferred area for the duration of the exercises and order the work to be carried out in the afternoon on Saturdays and public holidays.

Package 2 – forestry: Liszkowo, Machliny

The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Forest Act of 28 September 1991 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1356 – "Forest Act") including works in the field of forest cultivation and protection, fire protection, wood harvesting and harvesting to be performed in the Liszkowo and Machliny Forest Ranges. The material scope of the subject matter of the contract includes the total quantities of works referred to above, resulting from Appendix No. 2 to the Terms of Reference.

The material scopes listed in the annexes included in Annex 2 are estimates.

The material scope of the subject matter of the contract includes the total quantities of works referred to above, resulting from Appendix No. 2 to the Terms of Reference.
