Toilet soap should have the following characteristics:

1. Net weight of a bar of soap (without packaging) – 100,00 g;

2. Durability period – a minimum of 8 months from the date of delivery to organizational units of the Prison Service (from the date of signing the delivery and acceptance protocol);

3. The soap shall meet the requirements of the cosmetic product referred to in:

• the Act of 4 October 2018 on cosmetic products (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 2227);

• Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council on cosmetic products;

4. The product should have a cosmetic product safety report;

5. Action – washing, refreshing, moisturizing, fragrance;

6. Soap in combination with water should give a pleasant foam;

7. Soaps in unit packages as well as without such packages are permitted;

8. Soaps should be packed in cardboard boxes – 100 pcs.
