The project aims to restructure the existing bus station, integrated into a multimodal hub with the Antony station of the RER B and the Orlyval, the forecourt of the railway station, and part of the passenger building.

As a convergence centre for various modes of transport, it plays a crucial role in the hypercentre of the city, connecting buses, RER, Orlyval, pedestrians, cyclists and motor vehicles. In addition to passenger flows, the division manages utilitarian aspects such as staff parking, business delivery, etc. The project aims to harmonize these functions, improve comfort, optimize the management of the bus hub, and make the site more readable.

It is broken down into entities such as the Eco Station Bus, the forecourt, the parking areas, and a rehabilitation of the Passenger Building. The partnership between IDFM & RATP focuses on simple and sustainable concepts, including the rationalization of space, passenger services, environmentally friendly architecture, and the integration of services accessible to all. The objective is to correct malfunctions, make the site more readable and accessible, promote inclusive services, integrate bicycle parking, and harmonize the site with a distinctive architecture and greening.

In this context, the purpose of this contract is to redevelop the Antony bus station into an eco-bus station (IDFM standard) with the creation of a canopy. This contract also includes site installation and road and highway works

This contract concerns the redevelopment of the Antony bus station into an eco-bus station (IDFM standard), the creation of a wood-metal structure canopy and the creation and redevelopment of technical rooms (garbage room).

The main work expected to be carried out is:

- Site installation

- Preparatory work

- Roads and utilities works (Restoration of 1175m2 of concrete slabs, Restoration of 15 sets of public lighting, F/ pulling of 650ml of cable, etc.)

- The installation of a canopy (wood and metal structure) (F/P of 170ml longitudinal beams, 140ml of transverse beams, 420ml of T purlins .....)

- Creation of a bus shelter and a technical room

- Roofing and waterproofing works (Supply and installation of 721m2 of polycarbonate panels, F/P of 1547ml of exterior wooden ceiling, F/P 153m2 of sheet steel cladding, F/P 154m2 of metal frame....)

- Supply and installation of furniture (bodyguards, bollards and benches)

- green spaces

For your information, the operation will take place on an area of 2,984m2 and the surface area of the canopy to be created is 694m2

The work will take place on site in operation.
