The subject of the contract is the expansion of the Computed Tomography system divided into 3 parts: Task No. 1 – Purchase of the teleconsultation system along with the service of supervision of the owned RIS/PACKS software Task No. 2 – Expansion of the CT system - 4 licenses for reporting stations with an AI module supporting doctors Task No. 3 – Expansion of the post-processing system including the supply of additional diagnostic workstations and a new version of the software 2. The subject of the contract includes delivery, unloading, assembly, commissioning, and training of personnel according to the assortment and price forms constituting attachments No. 3.1-3.3 to the SWZ and detailed description of the subject of the contract, table of technical and operational conditions constituting Annexes No. 1.1.-1.3 to the SWZ
