Collection and management of waste with code 17 09 04

The subject of the contract is: collection and management of waste with the code 17 09 04 (mixed waste from construction, renovation and dismantling other than those mentioned in 17 09 01, 17 09 02 and 17 09 03) from Selective Municipal Waste Collection Points and waste collection services from business entities and natural persons.

Estimated amount of waste: approx. 6 000 Mg

The subject of the contract is: collection and management of waste with the code 17 09 04 (mixed waste from construction, renovation and dismantling other than those mentioned

w 17 09 01, 17 09 02 and 17 09 03) from Selective Municipal Waste Collection Points and waste collection services from business entities and natural persons.

Construction waste is collected at the Ordering Party in bulk in an unroofed box on a hardened ground. The Ordering Party will load this waste into containers with a capacity of 36 m3 previously substituted by the Contractor or on an ongoing basis on semi-trailers of the bathtub type, movable floor, which will be resistant to possible damage associated with the loading of heavy waste that may be found in waste with the code 17 09 04 - the Ordering Party will not be responsible for this type of damage. The means of transport owned by the Contractor will have to be equipped

in a tarpaulin or net to protect waste during transport.

The offered waste management method with the code 17 09 04 must comply with the applicable law and processing processes listed in Annex 1 to the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 699). The Contracting Authority does not allow the Contractor to submit a bid only

for waste collection. In the bid, the contractor will have to provide the name and address of the installation together with the number of the place of business in BDO and the symbol of the waste treatment process (in accordance with Annex 1 to the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste) to which the waste will be subjected.

Waste with the code 17 09 04 will consist of, among others, various types of plastics, paper and cardboard, wood, metal, glass, rubble and, above all, various types of used building materials and interior design elements removed during renovations.

Collection of waste with the code 17 09 04 will take place from Monday to Friday from 600 to 1800, in quantities previously determined (by e-mail) by the Contracting Authority with a representative of the Contractor.

Weighing of waste collected by the Contractor will take place on legalized scales of the Ordering Party and will be confirmed by a weighing receipt and a waste transfer card generated in the BDO system. Documents

these will be the sole basis for determining the quantities received with the code 17 09 04 and issuing a VAT invoice.

Documents related to the transfer of waste will be issued under legal requirements in this regard.

The estimated amount of waste with the code 17 09 04, which will be transferred to the Contractor during the term of the contract will be: approx. 6 000.00 Mg.

The Contracting Authority stipulates that the quantity given is an estimate, showing the possible size of the scope of the order object.
