Description:

Large tent rental service with delivery, ground preparation, assembly, service and dismantling of tents in the Malopolska Region, in connection with the organization of IE 2023

1. The subject of the contract is the rental of large tents along with the delivery, preparation of the ground, assembly, maintenance and disassembly of tents at the following locations located in the Malopolska Region, in connection with the organization of the European Games 2023, divided into 6 parts of the contract.

2.1. The contracting authority has divided the contract into 6 separate parts of the contract referred to in Article 91 of the Act.

2.2. The Contracting Authority allows the submission of tenders for individual lots of the contract and does not limit the number of lots for which a contract may be awarded to one Contractor.

3. General requirements:

3.1. The Contractor must offer the subject of the contract in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract set out in Annex A to the SWZ.

Part I. Location – Krakow (covering the entire area of Krakow together with the locations listed below)

• Object 1.7 - Nowa Huta Lagoon - Bulwarowa Street, 31-751 Krakow
