This European works contract concerns the operations described in the urban planning permit of 21 December 2017 allowing the renovation, transformation and extension of the Neckersgat Estate, Avenue A. Reisdorff in 1180 Uccle and more particularly the following works:

- LOT 2: Supply and installation of an equipped industrial kitchen;

- LOT 3A - Freight elevator building B5;

- LOT 3B — Elevators - Buildings B1, B3 and B5.

LOT 1 was the subject of a separate procedure. These administrative clauses only concern LOTS 2, 3A and 3B.

Important note: The service provider appointed for lot 1 will be automatically responsible for coordinating all the lots, which will guarantee the contracting authority an optimisation of the coordination of the entire project.
