1. The subject of the contract are services related to the creation and delivery to the branches of the Independent Public Hospital for Nervous and Mentally Ill People in Międzyrzecz of all-day food for sick adults and minors according to:
- general diet,
- special diet (easily digestible, liver, pancreatic, low calorie, meatless, diabetic, insulin-dependent and other diabetic, determined individually).
The Purchaser reserves that the boiler charge must constitute a minimum of 50% of the total cost of the service. In addition, the contractor is required to plan and prepare, from January to April and from September to December, at least twice a week for a warm dinner.

The order includes the following number of meals per month:
- 14 400 breakfast portions,
- 3,000 portions of the second breakfast,
- 14,400 dinner portions,
- 3,200 portions of afternoon tea,
- 14 400 servings of dinner.
Employer in accordance with art. 29 paragraph 3a of the Act requires employment by the Contractor or subcontractor on the basis of an employment contract of persons performing activities in the field of the contract, the performance of which consists of performing work in the manner specified in art. 22 § 1 of the Act of 26.6.1974 - Labor Code (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 917).
