Telematic procedure opened pursuant to art. 58 and 60 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 and ss.mm. and II. for the supply of sanitary material and various consumption, for a period of 24 months, necessary at the AOU Policlinico "Paolo Giaccone" of Palermo.

The assignment of the supply will take place through an open procedure with the application of the lowest price criterion, pursuant to paragraph 4 of art. 95 of the Code of Legislative Decree. 18 April 2016, n. 50 – Code of public contracts (hereinafter: Code).

The recipients of the supply are the various offices and UU. OO. of the University Hospital Policlinico "Paolo Giaccone", while the exact place of delivery will be subsequently indicated in the relative contract.

The procedure is divided into n. 2 lots that can be awarded separately so as to guarantee maximum participation in the O.E.

The person in charge of the procedure pursuant to art. 31 of the Code is the Administrative Collaborator, Mr. Luigi La Fata
