Governance, Risk Management and Compliance - Software for the management of the internal control and compliance management system and services.

GRC software for the identification and assessment of corporate risks (risk management, "RM") as well as for the derivation of the corresponding treatment and control measures in the areas of internal control system ("ICS"), compliance management system ("CMS") and business continuity management or emergency management ("BCM"). The GRC software supports SBK and other clients in the redesign of the IKS, CMS, BCM.

SBK is also putting the GRC software out to tender for other health insurance companies (company health insurance funds, substitute funds) with the corresponding requirements. A list of other health insurance companies can be found in the service description under section 3.2 (see Participation Documents/Participation Documents).

The scope of procurement is expected to include:
