The subject of the contract is the three-year supply of "Red Hat Academic" software solutions and related services, as described below:

• CAMPUS 1: Red Hat Enterprise Linux Academic Site Subscription;

• Set of ADD-ONS for IT environments;

• Red Hat Learning Subscription Platform for Universities;

• Training and certification services;

• Red Hat Professional Services

• Professional Services of the successful bidder.

The CRUI will sign a Contract with the Successful Bidder which will regulate the assignment of the Supply subject to the Contract for a duration of 36 months.

Participation in the competition is open to Red Hat Academic Partners at least at the Advanced level.

The total turnover of the last three approved financial years must not be less than € 2,000,000.00 (Euro two million/00);

Failure to meet the technical, professional and economic capacity requirements required for participation will result in exclusion from the tender procedure.
