A framework agreement with a term of 48 months is concluded for the provision of services (customizing, implementation of workshops, implementation of training courses, preparation of training documents, etc.) within the framework of the tender. The estimated value of services to be called up over the term of the framework agreement is PT 1,380. The maximum quantity of services to be called up over the framework contract period is 1,656 PT. The call-offs are made annually in the form of EVB-IT service contracts.

The objective of this call for proposals is the integration, alternatively tool development in the case of missing modules as well as document creation for

(a) the use of the COBOL parser to create a DSL for the first time;

b) the use of the COBOL code generator to create COBOL programs based on the technical specifications stored in the DSL in accordance with the Elfe programming guidelines,

c) the generation of PAP from the DSL (read access to the DSL) for a graphical change possibility by the federal working groups and storage of changed PAP into the DSL (write access to the DSL),

d) build scripts, target platform and test for the client's existing development environment,

(e) the preparation of a user manual and training materials, as well as support for the piloting of the planned procedure in the context of a conversion of two types of taxation within a project period of no more than 2 years, if possible, and support for the transition to live operation.
