The purpose of this framework agreement is:

For lot 1: verification and maintenance (preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance) on the built heritage of the city of Oullins:

- fire safety systems and their associated devices (detection, maneuvering and control equipment, control systems, autonomous sound alarm units, etc.);

- smoke extraction equipment and their opening and closing control mechanisms (cables, ducts, pulleys and all the hardware necessary for proper operation);

- security lighting.

For lot 2:

- preventive maintenance: the annual verification of fire extinguishers and Armored firefighters (RIA);

- curative maintenance: the supply and installation of spare parts, recharging of fire extinguishers, in order to keep the fleet in perfect working order;

- new equipment: the supply and installation of new equipment in the context of the renewal of the fleet or its extension ... (see DCE).
