The subject of the contract is the provision of transfer, maintenance, technical support, expansion, development and assistance services for the contracting authority's IT systems, including: Application Applications Handling System (SOWA), ZUS System, ESF Application Handling System (SOWA ESF), Electronic Information Exchange System ESF (SEWI ESF).

The Contracting Authority does not provide for the possibility of awarding the contract referred to in points 7 and 8 of Article 214 (1) of the Act.

The Contracting Authority stipulates that he may first examine and evaluate tenders and then make the Contractor's subject qualification.

The contractor is obliged to submit a bid bond in the amount of PLN 100,000.00. The requirements for the bid bond are set out in Chapter 7 of the Terms of Reference.

The Contracting Authority requires the payment of a Performance Bond. The collateral requirements are set out in Chapter 16 of the Terms of Reference.
