The purpose of this procurement is to meet the Contracting Authority's need for consultancy services within universal design.

Oslobygg must fulfil the requirements for universal design set forth in a number of national and international laws. Oslobygg must also fulfil the Oslo municipality's strategy and action plan for universal design.

The framework agreement for advisory and consultancy assignments in the field of universal design must ensure that the contracting authority has effective access to specialised expertise in universal design in the field of real estate (buildings, facilities and outdoor areas).
