The subject of the Order is:

a) protection and supervision of premises, parking and property located

at the disposal of the Ordering Party in the protected areas (i.e. Łany Toll Collection Station, Kleszczów Toll Collection Station, Ostropa Toll Collection Station, Boyko Toll Collection Station, Żernica Toll Collection Square);

b) providing monitoring with the support of intervention groups in the event of a threat to persons and property in the protected areas (i.e. Łany Toll Collection Station, Kleszczów Toll Collection Station, Ostropa Toll Collection Station, Boyko Toll Collection Station, Żernica Toll Collection Square).

3. In the present proceedings, in accordance with Article 359(1) of the PPL, the provisions applicable to classic contracts with a value equal to or exceeding the equivalent of EUR 750 000 are to apply to the award of contracts for social and other specific services, taking into account the amendments resulting from Chapter 4 of the PPL.
