3. In accordance with Article 101 (4) of the Act, the Contracting Authority shall allow solutions equivalent to those described in the SWZ by means of standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in Article 101 (1) (2) and paragraph 3 of the Act if they allow to obtain characteristics or parameters no worse than recalled.

Pursuant to Article 101 (5) of the Act, the Contractor who invokes the equivalent solutions described by the Contracting Authority is obliged to prove in the offer that the proposed solutions meet the requirements set out in the specification of the subject matter of the contract.

4) The Contracting Authority requests the indication by the Contractor, in the offer, the parts of the contract, the execution of which he intends to entrust to the Subcontractors and provide by the Contractor of the Subcontractors, if they are already known.
