The University Hospital Tübingen has an urgent need for a new construction of school and staff homes. On a property located in Tübingen in the immediate vicinity of the UKT (west of “Breiter Weg”), 3 student halls and 6 staff dormitories for a total of approx. 519 residential units (approx. 269 student rooms and approx. 250 staff accommodation units of various sizes) with a total living space of approx. 11 000 sqm are to be built, including 2. Underground car parks with a total of approximately 72 parking spaces.

The aim is to create a district that, despite the essentially uniform usage profile, nevertheless radiates diversity and brings added value for the public.
