1. The subject of the contract is the collection, transport and processing of waste generated in the process of wastewater treatment from COŚ in Gliwice, sewage treatment plant in Smolnica, waste dump station (hereinafter referred to as SZO) in the area of COŚ in Gliwice (i.e. waste from sewage cleaning), pumping stations ul. Nadbrzeżna in Gliwice, ul. Główna in Gliwice, ul. On the Canal in Gliwice, ul. Nad Łąkami in Pyskowice, ul. Mickiewicza 116 in Pyskowice and the lagoons at ul. Kujawska in Gliwice.

2. The subject of the contract is divided into three lots 1; 2; 3:

Part 1: Collection, transport and processing of screenings (19 08 01) from SEM in Gliwice, sewage treatment plant in Smolnica, SZO at the SEM in Gliwice and sewage pumping station.

Part 2: Collection, transport and processing of sandstone content (19 08 02) from the Central heating and cooling plant in Gliwice, the sewage treatment plant in Smolnica, the SZO in the area of the Central Heating Plant in Gliwice and sewage pumping station.

Part 3: Collection, transport and processing of lagoon waste.

Collection, transport and processing of screenings (19 08 01) from COŚ in Gliwice, sewage treatment plant in Smolnica, SZO at COŚ in Gliwice and sewage pumping station. A detailed list of amounts of waste is included in the Price Form constituting Annex 1 to the Offer Form.

The amounts of waste indicated in the Price Form are maximum amounts. The Purchaser reserves the right to order a smaller (by no more than 20%) number of tons of waste than specified in the Price Form. The contractor is not entitled to any claims in this respect.

Where in the ToR the origin (brand, trademark, manufacturer, supplier) of materials or standards, approvals, specifications and systems referred to in art. 30 paragraph 1-3 of the Public Procurement Law, the Employer allows offering equivalent materials or solutions, provided that they ensure obtaining technical parameters not worse than those assumed in the documents included in the ToR.

The contracting authority does not allow storage of the subject of the contract at landfills.
