A new Årølia School shall be constructed for the years 1 to 7, with a capacity of 392 students. Each year shall be designed for 2 parallel classes. It is an expressed wish that Årølia School, in addition to educational purposes, should be included in the local community as a cultural arena. Sections of the areas must be co-used and must safeguard different functions of the areas. The areas that are subject to co-use must be adapted to the users in regard to functionality, locations, logistics, acoustics and technical solutions. Included in the contract is the establishment of an outdoor area and a new gymnasium.
