The subject of the contract is: Current maintenance of roads - Winter maintenance of the City of Częstochowa 2023-2026 and Current maintenance of roads - Summer cleaning of the City of Częstochowa 2023-2026 as described in SWZ.

Description of services included in the subject of the contract: Winter maintenance of the City of Częstochowa 2023-2026:

- winter maintenance of the roadway, including roadways that run through engineering structures,

- winter maintenance of MPK bus terminals in terms of roadways,

- installation and disassembly of snow fences owned by the Contractor,

- snow removal over an average distance of 8 km from the place of consumption,

- hourly standby, excluding winter maintenance periods,

- applying to the State Fire Service (PSP) in Częstochowa, along with notifying the Crisis Management Team about the use of equipment of the Voluntary Fire Brigades (TSO) to carry out flushing of the roadway and confirmation of the work done,

- winter maintenance of sidewalks,

- winter maintenance of car parks,

- winter maintenance of footbridges,

- winter maintenance of sidewalks and stairs on viaducts and bridges,

- snow removal and sprinkling of pedestrian crossings that are in permanent maintenance,

- snow removal and sprinkling of pedestrian crossings, including ice-cutting, which are not in permanent maintenance

- mechanical and manual cleaning of sidewalks, bicycle paths, parking lots, footbridges and stairs on engineering structures, pedestrian crossings outside part of the roadway, safety bands during the winter, and after winter at the request of the Ordering Party.

Description of services included in the subject of the contract: Summer cleaning of the City of Częstochowa in the years 2023-2026:

Keeping streets clean in the city of Czestochowa and other services listed below:

a) year-round maintenance of the roadway with asylums and islands mechanically and manually during the summer,

b) in winter, when winter conditions do not occur, and there is a need to sweep streets, sidewalks, bicycle paths, parking lots, engineering structures, execution commissioned by the Ordering Party,

c) mechanical and manual cleaning of MPK final bus terminals, in the scope of roadways - at the request of the Ordering Party,

d) watering the roadway - at the request of the Ordering Party,

Manual or mechanical cleaning of sidewalks, bicycle paths, parking lots, footbridges, stairs on engineering structures, pedestrian crossings outside part of the roadway, safety bands at roadways:

a) collecting all impurities, mechanical and manual sweeping (with light sweeping equipment) - sidewalks and pedestrian and bicycle paths, at the request of the Ordering Party,

b) collecting all impurities, mechanical and manual sweeping (with light sweeping equipment) - parking lots,

c) collecting all impurities, mechanical and manual sweeping (with light sweeping equipment) - on footbridges, stairs on engineering structures, and at pedestrian crossings outside part of the roadway, safety bands at the roads, at the request of the Ordering Party,

d) removal of grass turf, applied sand, soil and leaves on the above-mentioned point. a, b, c, - mechanical and manual - at the request of the Ordering Party,

e) manual and mechanical collection with loading on means of transport solid pollutants in street lanes, and after the occurrence of force majeure of a natural nature, e.g. flood, with export and utilization, to Częstochowskie Przedsiębiorstwo Komunalne Sp. z o.o. in Sobuczynie.

f) maintaining the cleanliness of lighting poles, road safety devices, vertical signs located outside urban green areas (works in the vicinity of these road infrastructure elements should be carried out in a way that does not damage the layers of zinc or paint coating
