The subject matter of the procurement is the acquisition of material intended for use by the public libraries and suitable for library use as follows:

- domestic general literature

- textbooks

- audiobooks

- foreign literature

- all languages, including audiobooks

- music recordings

- domestic and foreign

- other materials

- video recordings, computer and console games, tactile materials, board games

- services relating to the above materials.

The purchase does not include:

- basic textbooks

- newspapers and magazines

- electronic materials.

The purpose of the acquisition is the acquisition of libraries' material, including domestic and foreign literature as well as audio and video recordings, maps, music and other games, and other similar materials. This is a framework agreement with a maximum of five (5) suppliers selected. The estimated value of the acquisition without commitment is approximately EUR 2,000,000 / year.

Subscribers do not commit to a specific procurement quantity or value, as the materials can only be obtained within the limits of the annual allocations.
