Delivery 2500 pcs. all-in-one desktop computers for organizational units of the Prison Service. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is set out in Annex 1 to the draft contract, the model of which is attached as Annex 1 to the SWZ. The contracting authority provides for the possibility of exercising the option right specified in Article 441 of the Act, under the conditions specified in the draft contract. Under the right of option, the Ordering Party reserves the right to increase the order to 50% of the gross value of the basic order.
