Insurance broker - basic benefits.

To ensure good quality - combined with competitive pricing to benefit our residents - insurance brokerage benefits are reoffered.

The task of insurance brokers is, among other things, the implementation of insurance provision, handling and managing claims cases, general advice - including around coverages, drawing up insurance program proposals, and injury prevention.

It is desired that the covered services are subject to a deliberate priority and monitoring of relevant risk cover in order to ensure that the interests of the contracting entities are best managed. The work is carried out in close cooperation and in continuous dialogue with contracting entities (Housing Office Denmark and related housing companies) and, in the main, includes the following, as well as the services listed in the offer list:

— General and collective advice and recommendations (assurances and risks)

— Updating individual insurance coverage for related housing companies

— Preparation of the insurance programme with time and shopping schedule for each connected housing companies, as well as total listings comprising all under this Agreement

— Monitoring of covered coverages, including, e.g., essential underinsurance

— Be liaising between individual housing companies and insurance companies

— Advice of contracting entities on insurance conditions (arrangements and market conditions)

— Preparation of Annual Report on Development and Status in Market Conditions, Products, Future Analysis, Perspective and Recommendations

— Information to related housing companies on matters covered through insurance schemes, including risk mitigation measures.
