Lot 1:

The current framework agreement for major maintenance expires on 1 July 2024. The method of cooperation in a framework agreement over several years, in which partial assignments are prepared in a construction team, has proven to be very successful.

Lot 2:

So far, the Procurer has put realization projects on the market as separate assignments. In the coming years, major investments are planned on the themes of traffic flow, safety, crossability and bicycle. In addition, the province of Utrecht has formulated ambitious goals in the field of sustainability. These ambitions also require significant investments from the market. These ambitions can only be realised if the market is also given a certain certainty that investments will pay off. A multi-year framework agreement contributes to this.
