The subject of the order is the delivery of the legal information system to the Chambers of Revenue Administration, the National Revenue Information and the National School of Revenue.

1. The subject of the order is the delivery of an electronic legal information program including:
1) the granting of indefinite licenses and updates to the programme for the duration of the contract in terms of:
(a) on-line access (SIP) — for 3,590 users (means the number of concurrent accessible/parallel users),
(b) on-line access to the Legal and Economic Informator (KRS) — for 1,352 users (means the number of concurrent accessible/parallel users),
- where the number of on-line access (SIP) and on-line access to the Legal and Economic Informator (KRS) are a separate access pool for each of the KAS units (as set out in Annex 2 to SWZ).
Where:
on-line access — means access to a program installed on a program vendor server located outside the MF resort network. Access is provided through a network connection from both the MF and the public network.
The contractor should allow on-line access to a finished program with a database on the vendor's server at its location and managed by it;
2) the granting of indefinite, non-exclusive licenses to access the program and its update, subject to the fact that the right to use the on-line access and license program expires on the date of termination of the contract;
3) daily update on the working days of the program for on-line access (including databases);
4) guarantee of the correctness of the operation of the programme and completeness and compliance with the requirements of the contract of its database for the duration of the contract;
5) providing technical support for the operation of the programme throughout the life of the contract - under contractual remuneration;
6) training:
(a) The contractual remuneration is obliged to provide the KAS units with product training in the form of a webinar (on-line). Chambers of Revenue Administration (16), National Revenue Information (1), National School of Revenue (1), act on behalf of subordinate units and report to the Contractor in writing the desire to participate in the training, indicating the number of participants (training
cannot order subordinate units individually (tax offices, delegations, subsidiaries). KAS units may order up to 2 training per year after fixing a deadline with the Contractor (minimum number of participants 20 persons, maximum 500 persons). The Contractor shall provide any necessary information necessary to take part in the training of the notified participants after fixing a deadline with the KAS unit. Participants will have the opportunity to train from their workplace.
