1.Implementation of the project entitled "Zryw" junction with the connection of DK6 with Sikorskiego Street - improvement of road infrastructure" divided into Task 1 "build" with option and Task 2 "design and build" with options.

2. A detailed description and method of order execution is contained in the OPZ (Annex 13 to SWZ).

3.The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding the contract referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the PPL Act within 3 years from the date of awarding the basic contract to the existing Contractor of construction works, i.e. a single-source contract consisting in the repetition of similar construction works in the area covered by the scope of the basic contract. The scope of similar construction works was defined in The Annex. 14 SWZ and is consistent with the subject-matter of the basic contract and the total value of that contract was taken into account in the calculation of the value of the basic contract. The contracting authority shall award the contract if necessary and after securing financial resources for this purpose.

1.The subject of the contract is the implementation by the Contractor in Wejherowo of the project entitled "Zryw" Junction together with the connection of DK6 with Sikorskiego Street – improvement of road infrastructure" divided into Task 1 "build" with option and Task 2 "design and build" with options, which consists of:

-Task 1 entitled: "Construction of a collision-free road link connecting the northern and southern parts of the city of Wejherowo and DK6 with bridge structures – Stage II" with an option – task carried out in the "build" formula (Task 1)

and

-Task 2 entitled: "Construction of an integration node in the area of the SKM Wejherowo Śmiechowo stop" with options – a task carried out in the "design and build" formula (Task 2).

2.The subject of the contract under Task 1 includes:

-execution of construction works consisting in the construction of a collision-free road link connecting the northern and southern parts of the city of Wejherowo and DK6 with bridge facilities, and making all formalities possible. use of a construction object created as a result of the execution of the above-mentioned construction works (Basic Order for Task 1);

-execution of construction works consisting in the construction of surface and underground infrastructure in the rej. and under the viaduct railway., along with the completion of all formalities possible. use of a construction object created as a result of the execution of the above-mentioned construction works (Option for Task 1).

3.The subject of the order under Task 2 includes:

1) execution of the basic order (Basic Order for Task 2) including:

-development of the dock. design for Task 2, which includes the development of design documentation for the construction of a municipal road on the north side and on the south side of the integration node in the rej. SKM Wejherowo Śmiechowo stop along with obtaining the ZRID decision;

-development of the dock. "Construction of a collision-free road link connecting the northern and southern parts of the city of Wejherowo and DK6 together with bridge structures" together with obtaining a decision to change the ZRID decision in the event of qualifying the introduced changes as a significant deviation from the approved project. construction (Replacement Design);

-execution of construction works covered by the Replacement Project along with all formalities enabling the use of the building object. powst. as a result of the execution of the above-mentioned construction works;

- performing author's supervision over the implementation of the scope covered by the Replacement Project and over the implementation of the Basic Order for Task 1.

2) execution of an optional order (Options for the Task) including:

-Option 1 (Option 1 for Task 2)-execution of construction works. on the construction site of the municipal dr. on the north side of the integration node in the reg. SKM Wejherowo Śmiechowo stop with dokon. all formalities are possible. use of the building object. created as a result of the execution of the above-mentioned works of the building.;

-Option 2 (Option 2 for Task 2)-execution of construction works. on the construction site of the municipal dr. on the south side of the integration node in the reg. SKM Wejherowo Śmiechowo stop with dokon. all formalities are possible. use of the building object. created as a result of the execution of the above-mentioned works of the building.;

-Option 3 (Option 3 for Task 2) - performing author's supervision over the implementation of Task 2 in the field of construction of the municipal dr. on the north side of the integration node in the reg. SKM Wejherowo Śmiechowo stop;

-Option 4 (Option 4 for Task 2) - performing author's supervision over the implementation of Task 2 in the field of construction of a municipal dr. on the south side of the integration node in the reg. SKM Wejherowo Śmiechowo stop;

-Option 5 (Option 5 for Task 2) - performing author's supervision over the implementation of Option 1 in the field of construction of surface and underground infrastructure in the area. and under the viaduct railway.

5.Na the financing. The subject of the contract was awarded a subsidy from the Government Road Development Fund to the Ordering Party. The condition is that I will receive. by the Ordering Party of funds from the grant is the conclusion of an agreement with the Pomeranian Voivode for the granting of co-financing. from this Fund.
