Provision of a Taxi Service for transport of UHCW staff and patients and occasionally equipment and specimens.

University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust require the provision of a taxi service for the transportation of staff and patients and occasionally specimens, patient’s notes and blood products as well as wheelchairs and other small medical equipment and documentation. This will include a requirement for wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
