The subject of the order is the performance of the task: “Improving the efficiency of street lighting in the territory of the Image Municipality”
The Contractor's tasks will include the implementation of the following works:
− execution of inventory of modernized lighting
− execution of documentation of the modernization of lighting under the conditions laid down by PFU and the technical conditions of PGE Distribution S.A. Branch Staszów (Annex); and agreeing it with PGE and the CONTRACTOR.
− obtaining all necessary approvals and permits
− maintaining the required legal documentation of construction;
− execution of the temporary organization of the movement with its introduction
− carrying out measurements and commissioning of equipment, training of staff of the Municipality in the operation of the control system, two trainings for three employees
− execution of the project after the executive
- apply capacitive reactive power compensation if it occurs
- execution of as-built documentation

The undertaking will be implemented on a “design and build” basis.

Improvement of efficiency consists in the performance of upgrading street lighting and assumes:
1 Dismantling existing luminaires ፦815 pcs
Dismantling booms 815.pcs
2.Installation of new booms with accessories 813 pcs.
2.1 Installation of a suspended line in LENARCZYCE 1400m-2×25 AsXSn
3.Installation of 813 pcs LED luminaires with control module, delivery and commissioning of wireless control system according to PFU
4.Installation of the PV set [RES] on existing columns 2.pcs- according to the indications of the ORDERER
5.Saving electricity 298,59 MWh/year] for 12 months for operation/average/4120 h lighting taking into account the smart control system.
6.Delivering greenhouse gas emissions [tonnes of CO2/year equivalent]
(CI) 241,28 according to item j.w.
7. 12 months after completion of the investment, the Contractor shall conduct an audit examining the results achieved
8.Conducting the required trials and tests:
8.1.performance of the effectiveness of anti-paralytic protection
8.2.making measurements of grounding and insulation of wires and cables
8.3.will perform measurements of luminance of lighting for indicated by
Ordering for three sections of modernized lighting
8.4.fine-tuning of disassembled fixtures for PGE STASZÓW
8.5.obtaining the reception of works in PGE and preparation of documents related to the commissioning of the built objects to the Contracting Party.
