The scheme has had care delivered historically by Independent Living Service – East Yorkshire which is run by Joseph Rowntree Housing Trust, but the Council has recently received notice from Joseph Rowntree Housing Trust that the current service will end in December 2021. There are twelve individuals who reside at Orchard Court with a thirteenth due to move in in the coming months. All the individuals have identified care and support needs.
