In September 2021, SWDE launched a B to B smartmeter service for its customers of the public and subsidiary private organizations. Occasionally, this service may be offered to customers with meters at other distributors.
The advantages of this smartmeter service are:
- Remote reading of equipped meters: indexes are sent daily in the web platform made available to the customer.
- Consumption monitoring: the customer has his consumption data at all times on the desired time scale (daily, weekly, monthly or personalized)
- Integration of indexes at the time of billing: meter indexes are transferred directly into the SWDE billing system (functionality only available for SWDE meters)
- The reception of alerts by SMS or email in case of leak or... (see contract documents)
