This Framework Agreement will cover a wide range of services in relation to marine planning and licensing, supporting the work of Marine Scotland's Marine Planning and Policy division in progressing the development of integrated marine planning for Scotland's seas. This will include providing services in relation to:

— A National Marine Plan;

— Regional Marine Plans;

— Sectoral Marine Plans for Offshore Renewable Energy;

— Marine Protected Areas;

— Priority Marine Features;

— Integration with Terrestrial Planning.
