We are looking for a supplier who can support us in managing and migrating our current ICT environment to Azure. We would like to contract a supplier whose services align with our culture, size, and way of working. This means short communication lines, pragmatic solutions, and quick interactions to resolve questions and/or issues.

Currently, we have approximately 120 permanent users actively utilizing the ICT environment. The majority of these users make use of standard office automation (Microsoft 365), access to business applications, and shared data storage. The current on-premise server infrastructure is outdated and will need to be replaced with a future-proof and secure Microsoft Azure cloud solution.

The purpose of this procurement is to select an experienced and certified ICT partner who fits with us. The Agreement has an initial duration of four years. After that, we have the option to extend the Agreement under the same terms by a maximum of three times for a period of 24 months.

The Agreement has a total estimated value of € 500,000 excluding VAT, calculated over the entire duration including the maximum number of possible extensions. This estimate serves as an indication of the scope and no rights can be derived from it.

Outsourcing ICT.

• Designing, delivering, and implementing a Microsoft Azure-based infrastructure;
• Migration of the current on-premise server environment to Azure;
• Management, monitoring, and support of the Azure environment post-go-live;
• Ensuring security, continuity, and compliance with laws and regulations (GDPR, NIS2, BIO, etc.).
