The purpose of this contract is the assignment of the collection service for waste abandoned on public land or on roads and areas subject to public use, collection of batteries and medicines in the Municipalities constituting the territorial basin of CLARA S.p.A. (FE), with transport and unloading of waste at the expense of the Contractor, at the transfer sites identified by the Customer.

Abandoned waste collection service, collection of batteries and medicines and complementary services on the territorial basin of CLARA ESTThe object of this contract is the assignment of the waste collection service abandoned on public land or on roads and areas subject to public use, collection of batteries and medicines in the 13 Member Municipalities constituting the territorial basin of CLARA EST, namely Codigoro, Copparo, Fiscaglia, Goro, Jolanda di Savoia, Lagosanto, Masi Torello, Mesola, Ostellato, Portomaggiore, Riva del Po, Tresignana and Voghiera (FE), with transport and unloading of waste by the Contractor, at the transfer sites identified by the Customer.
The services covered by the contract do not include treatment costs, which remain the responsibility of the Contracting Authority.

The services covered by the contract do not include treatment costs, which remain the responsibility of the Contracting Authority.
