A) Dismantling and disposal of roofing
On the hipped roof:
Sheet metal cover, standing seam cover made of galvanized sheet, incl. roof formwork, approx. 670 m2
and dismantling two-part sheet metal cornice, total unwinding approx. 150 cm, approx. 160 m2
At the attic, risalites and dormers:
Slate roof, pointed angle covering incl. underlay and
Roof formwork, approx. 1250 m2, incl. dismantling of all wall connections, fillet plates, cross-cut strips and the like, approx. 650 running metres.
At the cone aechers:
Slate covering, Old German cover, incl. underlay and roof formwork, approx. 65 m2.
B) Delivery and laying of the roof formwork and underlay
On the hipped roof:
Roof formwork, thickness 30 mm, with rebate, approx. 670 m2, incl. underlay
At the attic, risalites and dormers:
Roof formwork, thickness 35 mm, with rebate, approx. 1250 m2, incl. underlay
At the cone aechers:
3-layer roof formwork, thickness 3 x 12.0 mm, approx. 65 m2, incl. underlay
C) Improvement of roof structures, ceiling beams and wall threshold
Cross-sectional addition of defective beam joints and/or replacement of defective components completely (rafters, rafters, ridge, middle purlin and foot purlin)
The additions are made either with slotted plates and rod duels or with straight leaf joints secured with rod duels or duels of special design. At the junction carpentry connections, mainly tenon connections.
Retightening and renewal of screw connections for nodal connections of 2-3 pieces of wooden components, 400 pieces.
The ceiling beam joints are mainly pushed with filler holes and lateral tabs, Duebel lanyards of special design.
Addition of ceiling beam joints total 43 pieces.
Additions/renewals of all components in total approx. 45 m3.
reinforcement of ceiling beams 22/30 cm by lateral lashing with laminated veneer lumber,
Thickness of the lashing 75 and 90 mm, height approx. 28 cm, 120 running meters of the lug length.
Duebel fasteners of special design.
The damaged wall batten is removed and renewed in some areas at the same cross-section.
The renewal is carried out with oak wood, two-part cross-section in height, fasteners rod duebels and chipboard screws in stainless steel design (tanning saeurebestaendig).
Renewal of the wall batten : 25 running metres.
C) Improvement of roof structures, ceiling beams and wall threshold

(E) Waermedaemmarbeiten
Fillet beams, side walls, roof frames, floor surfaces and knee sticks are roofed with wood fibre roof.
Throat beam position and roof beams, 725 m2:
Wood fibre daemmstoff, flexible, between the fillet beams/rafters, supply and install, two-layer, total thickness 180 mm.
Side walls and kneestock, vertical walls, 480 m2:
supply wood fibre daemmstoffe and install them in two layers,
1st layer flexible, d= 80 mm, 2nd layer pressure-resistant, d=100 mm, total thickness 180 mm.
Floor area, 320 m2:
supply wood fibre daemmstoffe and install them in two layers.
1st layer pressure-resistant with tongue and groove, 2nd layer pressure-resistant with tongue and groove and profile strip for plank covering.
Other heating work, 120 m2:
Supply flexible wood fibre data and install it in a single layer in the area of dormers and small surfaces, d= 100 mm.
